Welcome to Crowdline! By using our marketing analytics and audience intelligence platform and related services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crowdline, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction to use Crowdline. If you are using Crowdline on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use Crowdline, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Platform Integrations

Crowdline connects to third-party platforms (including Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and Google Ads) through authorized APIs. By connecting these platforms, you represent that you have the right to access and authorize us to retrieve data from those accounts. You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and permissions for connected platforms.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use Crowdline only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Misuse the Services or attempt to access them in unauthorized ways

• Use Crowdline to violate the terms of any connected third-party platform

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute data or insights obtained through Crowdline without authorization

• Use the Services to harm, harass, or infringe on the rights of others

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from Crowdline

6. Credits & Usage

Crowdline operates on a credit-based system for audience enrichment and certain features. Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan and reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. We reserve the right to modify credit allocations with reasonable notice.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid features require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Data Ownership & Usage

You retain ownership of your data and any data retrieved from your connected platforms. By using Crowdline, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and store your data as needed to provide our Services, including generating insights, recommendations, and reports. We do not claim ownership of your data or share it with other Crowdline customers.

9. Third-Party Data & Enrichment

Crowdline uses third-party data providers for audience enrichment. Enriched data is provided for informational purposes and may not be 100% accurate. You agree to use enriched data in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the originating data providers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, technology, and proprietary algorithms on Crowdline are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Insights and reports generated for your account are yours to use for your business purposes.

11. Disclaimers

Crowdline is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that insights will produce specific business results. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crowdline and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Crowdline at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Services will end and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Crowdline after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.
